The West Virginia Community and Technical College System has extended the deadlines to submit Ready-Set-Go and Capacity-Building Education and Training funding proposals, which will support green education and training that is ready to start. The new deadline to submit written questions to wvgreenup@dctadvisors.com is August 4, 2010, while the deadline to submit a proposal or proposals is August 12, 2010.

- Applicant Transmittal Form – This form contains information about the applicant. Regardless of the number of technical and cost proposals being submitted, submit only one applicant transmittal form.
- Technical Proposal(s) – The technical proposal contains information about the proposed education/training and other activities. An applicant should submit separate technical proposals if separate and distinct education/training opportunities are being provided (e.g., a higher education institution is providing training to contractors on solar photovoltaic installation and to unemployed workers on weatherization).
- Cost Proposal(s) – The cost proposal contains budget information. An applicant should submit the Cost Proposal (Microsoft Word document with embedded Microsoft Excel worksheets) or the Budget and Budget Detail (Microsoft Excel) and Budget Narrative (Microsoft Excel), if applicable. An applicant should submit separate cost proposals if separate and distinct education/training opportunities are being provided.
- Proposal Certifications – The applicant’s authorized organizational representative must complete and sign the following certifications:
