Summary of Training:

The training is designed to prepare members of home performance contracting crews to conduct home performance and weatherization jobs using the “whole house approach” through lectures and hands-on labs and assessments. Students learned installation and repair of new and existing ventilation systems, as well as HVAC sealing, insulation and filtration; and how to tighten a home to BPI standards.

BPI Certification: Insulation and Air Sealing Professional (part of Weatherization Skill Set Certificate when combined with BPI Building Analyst (Energy Auditor) and BPI Building Envelope Professional certifications)
