The West Virginia Community and Technical College System has issued a request for proposals for green entrepreneurship education and training courses. Green entrepreneurship courses are intended to be capstone courses for people interested in becoming green entrepreneurs. The deadline to submit written questions to harvey@wvctcs.org is 1 March 2011, while the deadline to submit a proposal is 14 March 2011.
