Guidelines

WorkForce West Virginia will issue program guidelines from time to time to ensure that recipients of funding are complying with federal and state grant requirements. Those guidelines will appear below.

Reporting

As a recipient of federal funds under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, WorkForce West Virginia is required to submit quarterly performance reports and reports within 10 days of the end of each calendar quarter.  As a recipient of federal funds through the United States Department of Labor, WorkForce West Virginia also much submit quarterly performance and financial reports within 45 days of the end of each calendar quarter.  Links to submitted reports will appear below.
